I am writing this letter to thank you and your team for the excellent service provided for my recent eye surgery. I have always wanted to have my hooded eyes fixed and after watching “10 years younger” on TV, I was extremely keen to get the best possible specialist to do this job. I had heard of you through a friend and decided to take the plunge.

I must confess that though I was dreading it, I was very impressed at our first consultation. You reassured me that my droopy lids could be corrected easily. I also admire that you did not talk me into any other procedures that I had convinced myself I needed after watching the cosmetic TV programmes.

You were very professional and your secretary was always available to answer my queries. The ward staff was very compassionate and they made me feel so special. The room was clean and very private. My stitches have healed so beautifully, though it has only been a week and no one at work can tell I have had surgery, no bruising and no swelling. However friends have commented that my eyes look so much better.

My only regret is that I had not found you earlier. I would highly recommend you to any person considering blepharoplasty.
